“2017 Mandalay Stock Investment Seminar” was held at MRCCI Hall, Mandalay on 4th June 2017 organized by Mandalay Region Chamber of Commerce & Industry and Yangon Stock Exchange. In this seminar, U Htay Chun, Member of the Securities and Exchange Commission of Myanmar explained “Legal & Institutional Infrastructure for Capital Market”and U Thet Tun Oo, Executive Senior Manager of Yangon Stock Exchange explained “Stock Investment”. In Pannel discussion, U Thet Tun Oo, a moderator and the Panelists from Securities Companies discussed about the Capital Market. In this seminar, U Sai Kyaw Zaw,Minister for Ethnic Affair, U Aung Thaung, Chairman of MRCCI, Governmental Organizations, Officials from MGM Co.,ltd, Securities Companies and the potential investors attended.

  • (ခ) ပေးပို့သော သတင်းများ၏ဖြစ်ပေါ် တိုးတက်မှုအခြေအနေနှင့်စုံစမ်းစစ်ဆေးခြင်း၏ ရလာဒ်များကို မေးမြန်း လာပါက ကော်မရှင်မှပြန်လည်ဖြေကြားမည်မဟုတ်ပေ။
  • (ဂ) ကော်မရှင်သည် ငွေချေးသက်သေခံလက်မှတ်လဲလှယ်ရောင်းဝယ်ရေးဥပဒေပါ တရားမျှတမှုမရှိ သော ရောင်း ဝယ်မှုများနှင့် ဤဥပဒေအရထုတ်ပြန်ထားသော နည်းဥပဒေများ၊ အမိန့်ကြော်ငြာစာများ၊ ညွှန်ကြားချက်များ၊ လုပ်ထုံးလုပ်နည်းများပါ တားမြစ်ချက်များနှင့်အညီ စုံစမ်းစစ်ဆေးရန် လိုအပ် ပါသည်။
  • (ဃ) လက်ခံရရှိသော သတင်းအချက်အလက်များကို ငွေချေးသက်သေခံလက်မှတ်လဲလှယ်ရောင်းဝယ်ရေး ဥပဒေ ပုဒ်မ (၁၄)နှင့်အညီ စုံစမ်းစစ်ဆေးရန်အတွက် အသုံးပြုပါမည်။
  • (င) ပေးပို့သော သတင်းအချက်အလက်များ(သို့မဟုတ်) သတင်းပေးပို့သူ၏ ပုဂ္ဂိုလ်ရေးဆိုင်ရာ အချက်အလက် များကို ပြင်ပသို့ မပေါက်ကြားစေရန် တာဝန်ယူဆောင်ရွက်မည်ဖြစ်သည်။
  • (စ) ကော်မရှင်သည် ဈေးကွက်တည်ငြိမ်မှု ပျက်ပြားစေသည့် လုပ်ရပ်များအား ကာကွယ်တားဆီးရန်၊ စုံစမ်းစစ်ဆေးရန်နှင့် အရေးယူဆောင်ရွက်နိုင်ရန်အတွက် ငွေချေးသက်သေခံလက်မှတ်လဲလှယ်ရောင်း ဝယ်ရေးဥပဒေပုဒ်မ(၄၉)ပါ တားမြစ်ချက်များနှင့်အညီ အရေးယူဆောင်ရွက်သည့်အဖွဲ့အစည်းများ၊ ဘဏ် များနှင့် အခြားသော အာဏာပိုင် အဖွဲ့အစည်းများသို့ သတင်းအချက်အလက်များ ဖြန့်ဝေဆောင်ရွက် ပါမည်။
