“Stock Market and Investment Opportunities” organized by Yangon Stock Exchange was held at MRCCI in Mandalay on 8th January 2023. At the seminar, U Kyi Zin Tun, Secretary and Director General of Securities and Exchange Commission of Myanmar explained regarding the recent activities of SECM and future plan of the capital market development in Myanmar.
The Securities and Exchange Commission of Myanmar is issuing to operate to Yangon Stock Exchange, to approving the license for securities companies, verifying the prospectus of companies listed on Yangon Stock Exchange for the development of capital market. Up to date the total share values amount is MMK 171.05 billion and market capitalization is MMK 682.97 billion.
