Daw Thin Thin Aye obtained LL.B degree from the Yangon Arts & Science University in 1980. She entered the prosecution service as Law Officer Grade IV in 1982 at the then Central Law Office of the People’s Council of Attorney and promoted up to Deputy Director General of the Union Attorney General’s Office now call Ministry of Legal Affairs. During her legal services she had experienced with the areas of Prosecution services on Criminal and Civil litigation, General Legal Advice, and Administration of Justice, especially on Legal Training. She also exposure with legal training services not only in domestic but also abroad training, such observed on Japanese legal system and Japanese legal training system on Prosecutors, Lawyers and Judges under the JICA program, and also, she had trained the project of relating to Myanmar legislative development program. And she also involved with the Myanmar Law Information System Development and got the training at Seoul, Korea at for that purpose. She was visiting Lecturer of the Business Laws to the Diploma course of Accountancy which is conducted by the Auditor General’s Office not only, but also lecturer and Head of Training Department of the Union Attorney General’s Office to the training of the freshers’ Law Officers of new recruitment and Refresher Course of the Senior Law Officers, Seminars and Workshop of the Attorney General’s Office joint conducted with International Institutes and Organizations. She got the Attorney General’s Award 3rd Class in 1995 and 1st Class in 2015, and she had 36 years good law Officer’s services until she retired at 2018.
