BZSC Stirling Coleman Securities (“KBZSC”), one of the leading firms in underwriting, dealing, broking and
investment advisory on the Yangon Stock Exchange in Myanmar, is a joint venture between the KBZ Group
and Stirling Coleman Holdings. Started in 2015, KBZSC is Myanmar’s first private securities company to be
granted the Underwriter License issued by the Ministry of Planning and Finance, Government of the
Republic of the Union of Myanmar.

Myanmar Securities Exchange Centre Co.,Ltd (MSEC) has been formed since 1996 as a joint venture Company which equally contributed 50% of state owned Myanma Economic Bank and 50% of Daiwa Securities Group for the development of capital market in Myanmar. 1996:     Incorporation of MSEC, as a JV with Myanma Economic Bank and Daiwa Securities Group Inc. Assisted to the drafting of Securities Exchange Law  and Selected  Forest Products Joint Venture Corporation as a listed company in OTC market

1997:     Appointed as sale agent for Treasury Bonds

2006:     Selected Myanmar Citizen Bank as a listed company in OCT market.

2008:     Assisted to the Capital Market Development Committee under the Ministry of Finance, the Central Bank of Myanmar, Attorney General Office and Ministry of Home Affairs.

2012:     Assisted to the drafting of Securities Exchange Rules

2016:     Received Securities Business License from SECM and successfully advised to FMI & MCB for listing to YSX

2017:     Successfully advised to FPB for listing to YSX

2018:     Successfully advised to TMH for IPO & listing to YSX

2019:     Received the awards from YSX for the most share trading and most underwriting.

2021:     Successfully advised to AMATA for listing to YSX
