ကော်မရှင်သို့ သတင်းပေးတိုင်ကြားရန် စိတ်ပါဝင်စားသူများ Sign Up ပြုလုပ်ရန် ကျေးဇူးပြု၍အောက်ပါလမ်းညွှန်ချက်ကို သဘောတူညီပြီးမှသာ ကော်မရှင်သို့ သတင်းပေးပို့ပါရန်။

(က) စာရင်းဝင်ကုမ္ပဏီများ သို့မဟုတ် ငွေချေးသက်သေခံလက်မှတ်ကုမ္ပဏီများမှ ဈေးကစားခြင်းနှင့် မှားယွင်းစွာ ဆောင်ရွက်ခြင်းတို့နှင့်သက်ဆိုင်သော သတင်းအချက်များအား ကော်မရှင်မှ လိုအပ် ပါသည်။
(ခ) ပေးပို့သော သတင်းများ၏ဖြစ်ပေါ် တိုးတက်မှုအခြေအနေနှင့်စုံစမ်းစစ်ဆေးခြင်း၏ ရလဒ်များကို မေးမြန်း လာပါက ကော်မရှင်မှပြန်လည်ဖြေကြားမည်မဟုတ်ပေ။
(ဂ) ကော်မရှင်သည် ငွေချေးသက်သေခံလက်မှတ်လဲလှယ်ရောင်းဝယ်ရေးဥပဒေပါ တရားမျှတမှုမရှိ သော ရောင်းဝယ်မှုများနှင့် ဤဥပဒေအရထုတ်ပြန်ထားသော နည်းဥပဒေများ၊ အမိန့်ကြော်ငြာစာများ၊ ညွှန်ကြားချက်များ၊ လုပ်ထုံးလုပ်နည်းများပါ တားမြစ်ချက်များနှင့်အညီ စုံစမ်းစစ်ဆေးရန် လိုအပ် ပါသည်။
(ဃ) လက်ခံရရှိသော သတင်းအချက်အလက်များကို ငွေချေးသက်သေခံလက်မှတ်လဲလှယ်ရောင်းဝယ်ရေး ဥပဒေ ပုဒ်မ (၁၄)နှင့်အညီ စုံစမ်းစစ်ဆေးရန်အတွက် အသုံးပြုပါမည်။
(င) ပေးပို့သော သတင်းအချက်အလက်များ(သို့မဟုတ်) သတင်းပေးပို့သူ၏ ပုဂ္ဂိုလ်ရေးဆိုင်ရာ အချက်အလက်များကို ပြင်ပသို့ မပေါက်ကြားစေရန် တာဝန်ယူဆောင်ရွက်မည်ဖြစ်သည်။
(စ) ကော်မရှင်သည် ဈေးကွက်တည်ငြိမ်မှု ပျက်ပြားစေသည့် လုပ်ရပ်များအား ကာကွယ်တားဆီးရန်၊ စုံစမ်းစစ်ဆေးရန်နှင့် အရေးယူဆောင်ရွက်နိုင်ရန်အတွက် ငွေချေးသက်သေခံလက်မှတ်လဲလှယ်ရောင်းဝယ်ရေးဥပဒေပုဒ်မ (၄၉) ပါ တားမြစ်ချက်များနှင့်အညီ အရေးယူဆောင်ရွက်သည့်အဖွဲ့အစည်းများ၊ ဘဏ်များနှင့် အခြားသော အာဏာပိုင် အဖွဲ့အစည်းများသို့ သတင်းအချက်အလက်များ ဖြန့်ဝေဆောင်ရွက်ပါမည်။
