Joint-seminar for Corporate Governance in Myanmar hosted by SECM, DICA and OECD at Yangon Stock Exchange

On 10 April , 2019 , Joint-seminar for Corporate Governance  in  Myanmar hosted by Securities and Exchange Commission of Myanmar (SECM), Directorate of Investment and Company Administration (DICA) and Organization for Economic Cooperation &  Development (OECD) was held at Yangon Stock Exchange.

The purposes of this seminar are to reline about the Corporate Governance Code comply with Myanmar conducted the reform of Corporate Governance and to well understand on the work plan of corporate governance reform to the attendees.

There are 150 participants including 120 representatives from Securities Companies , Listed Companies , Public Companies and Private Companies and the rest 30 from Securities and Exchange Commission of Myanmar (SECM) , Directorate of Investment and Company Administration (DICA) ,Yangon Stock Exchange (YSX), Union of Myanmar Federation of Chambers of Commerce and Industry (UMFCCI), Myanmar Institute of  Certified Public Accountants (MICPA) attended to this seminar.
