Seminar on “Why Should Myanmar Companies List on YSX” was held

Seminar on “Why Should Myanmar Companies List on YSX jointly organized by Yangon Stock Exchange, Myanmar Securities Exchange Centre Co.,Ltd and Allen and Gledhill was held at YSX on 20th December 2019. At the seminar, U Htay Chun, Member of SECM delivered the opening speech.

After that Mr.Clement Chee, Senior Foreign Associate, Allen and Gledhill(Myanmar)  explained about “Capital Markets in Myanmar – Legal  Due Diligence and Preparation for Listing”, U Htet Win Latt@ Vinay, Manager, Investment Banking, Myanmar Securities Exchange Center Co.,Ltd  presented about “the Role of a Securities Company in IPO/Listing” and U Pyae Phyo Aung, Head of Listing and Trading Participant Department(YSX) presented the title of “Why Should Myanmar Companies List on YSX”. The seminar was attended by a total of 110 participants from potential investors and interest persons.
