The distinguished Vice President of Global Business Development and International Business Planning Mr.Masahiro Shimomura, The Chief of Anti-Money Laundering and Compliance Mr.Naoya Koseki, The manager of Trade Control and Trading Compliance Mr.Eiji Yamada from SMBC NIKKO Securities Inc. visited the Office of Securities and Exchange Commission of Myanmar (SECM) on 14th to 15th December. During this periods, they met with the Commissioners cordially and discussed about market manipulation and unfair trading (insider trading) in securities market, how to prevent and prohibit them by law, rules and guidelines to the Securities Companies and Stock Exchange in Myanmar.
